Stephanie Davison – Bridesmaid
Often very busy with travel for work, Stephanie is the middle of the three Davison sister’s and has always been a supportive sister who’s game to try anything. Known her for dry wit, Stephanie is ever the mediator, which has proved quite helpful in the wedding planning process. Stephanie is an active runner and loves her home in Washington D.C.

Meredith Davison – Bridesmaid
A fierce party-planner and fantastic cook, Meredith’s reputation proceeds her. Ever-at-the ready to offer some helpful wedding advice, Meredith’s first response to learning of Chris and Sarah’s engagement was, “Oh my gosh, I totally have your centerpieces figured out.” Meredith lives and works in Anaconda and is the
fun-loving and youngest of the three Davison girls.

Michael McHarg – Groomsman
Hailing from Doha, Qatar – Chris’ older brother works for Georgetown University, and gets the award for longest distance to travel to the the wedding. Even though he lives so far away (even further now that Chris lives in California), the two brothers still enjoy a strong bond, and have traveled to Inida and Kenya together over the last few years. Chris still doesn’t think they look, sound, or act like each other.

Aaron Himmel – Groomsman
Aaron was Chris’ first friend upon his arrival to New York City. According to Sarah, trouble is never too far behind when Chris and Aaron get together. Always good for a beer and a laugh, Aaron recently decided to move back to Ohio, after realizing that NYC just wasn’t nearly as fun without Chris and Sarah.

Maya McHarg – Flowergirl
Chris’ favorite niece was kind enough to agree to be a part of our big day. Maya is a recent rookie to the local T-ball team and is enjoying church school, and regular school.

Owen McHarg – Ringbearer
Chris’ favorite nephew is eager to show how cute he really is. Owen, adores his big sister, and has agreed to walk down the aisle as our ringbearer, provided its by her side.

Mara Byrne – Officiant
Mara and Sarah were roommates in their beloved Sunnyside, Queens for over 4 years. During those years, they shared tons of pop culture, enjoyable pedicures, and burgers and pints at Horgan’s. Sarah and Mara have been through a lot together and over the years, Mara has gotten to know Chris as well. Mara always has a smart, steady, and wise voice to contribute to any conversation and she has been gracious enough to share her wisdom in her role of officiant. A former Jesuit Volunteer, Mara is currently an attorney with Citigroup in their employment group. Amongst her many talents, Mara has a fantastic eye as a photographer, commits many hours to pro-bono efforts, and is a die-hard U2 fan.

Chris and Josh attended Tufts University together, and became fast friends while studying computer science. From rooming together at Tufts, to attending the 2004 ALCS at Yankee Stadium while wearing Red Sox gear, to rooting each other on during marathons, Chris and Josh have survived a lot together. Chris also served as Josh’s best man at his wedding in 2004.

Logan Tracy – Reader
Logan is the son of Sarah’s cousin, Jeannie, as well as Sarah’s godson. Logan is a thriving 6th grader at St. Francis Upper School in Billings, MT. A sports fanatic, Logan plays soccer and football and can easily update you on the most recent baseball, Nascar, and football statistics. No really, just ask him. Logan is a frequent alterboy and cantor at both school and community masses at St.X Pius in Billings and was eager to play a role in the ceremony.

Basically a post college frat house, the boys of 52 had an amazing and adventurous year. Evan, who now lives in Seattle with his wife Louisa, is an architect at a small firm. He and Chris still get together from time to time. Chris and Sarah had an amazing time at Evan’s wedding last summer in Olympic National Park.

Always supportive and good for a laugh, Will and Sarah lived and volunteered together in Camden, NJ in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps and have remained good friends in the nearly 10 years since then. Will’s wife, Jamelia, was instrumental role in actually helping convince Sarah and Chris to have a wedding after seeing Chris pull out his New Year’s Eve-dance moves. Will is a professor of philosophy at the University of Seattle, and soon-to-be published author. In addition to his upcoming book, Will and his wife will also be welcoming their first child in March 2012.
